Great Job to all the Parent Volunteers and Board Members who worked hard on this event.
We had over 35 baseball teams Participate • Over 430 sharply dressed baseball players out on the field • Sold out of Spirit Wear (Not to worry! You can order at the snack shack!) • 4 DIVISIONS PARTICIPATED in the Toro Territory Hit-A-Thon • TPB gave away over $350 in Snack Shack Gift Certificates as Prizes • TPB gave away over $200 in Spirit Wear as Prizes • Had a very successful Toro Baseball Equipment Swap • Gave away two car loads of gently used equipment to disadvantaged local baseball players.

Projects Completed on all five Toro Pony Baseball Fields:
Mustang Field has new infield clay • Fixed Sprinklers throughout all three fields • Bronco Scoreboard remote fixed, bulbs replaced, fixtures repaired • Bronco Field has new infield clay • Shetland Field has new clay for their batters box and bases • Mustang Field has new level outfield foul lines • Bleachers for all three fields • Foul lines in both mustang and bronco fields where filled and rolled • Hoeing weeds and crab grass • Gofer holes where filled in and mounds where knocked down • Snack Shack has a thorough cleaning • Mustang Scoreboard burnt bulbs replaced and remote tested • Bronco Practice Pitching Mound Cage cleaned up and leveled • Bronco Foul Poles installed • Sponsor Banners are starting to go up.
Could not have done this without our hard working Volunteers, Team Leaders, Bay View Farms, Don Chapin Company and Johnson & Associates and especially John Bosio, Tim Borel, Joey Antonetti and Scot Jewell.
